The Guardian has just compiled data on every English top-flight (Div 1 and Premier League) game since it was founded. If you take a table of all games played, Liverpool FC are the winningest team! They have won more games–1,800–than any other team. They also have a goal difference of +1,640 and most points, 5,220.
Open Geography 
Not quite accurate – the stats aren’t just EPL & include the old Division One. Still good to see the Reds at the top of the pile for something though – we’ve not had much to smile about lately!
Ah yes, but I said Liverpool are the team with the most wins in the EPL. And they are!
